Refund & Cancellation Policy – Myriam Translates

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Myriam Translates.

By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription fees

  • Add-ons (translation, subtitles, custom work)

  • Setup or onboarding fees

  • Any partially used subscription period

Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded or reversed.

2. Subscription Cancellation

All Clip packages are sold as monthly subscriptions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing date.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No refunds or partial credits are issued for:

  • Unused clips

  • Unused time

  • Early termination

3. Minimum Commitment

Some subscription plans include a minimum commitment period (for example, 3 months), as specified at checkout.

During this period:

  • The subscription cannot be cancelled

  • All scheduled payments remain due

Failure to pay during the commitment period may result in service suspension or account termination.

4. Missed or Delayed Use

If you do not submit your content, or fail to use your allocated clips within a billing period:

  • The subscription is still considered active

  • Payments remain due

  • Unused clips do not automatically roll over unless explicitly stated

We are not responsible for unused services due to client inaction.

5. Service Interruption

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • You violate our Terms of Service

  • You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior

  • You fail to provide required materials

No refunds are issued in these cases.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider constitutes a breach of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend all services immediately

  • Submit this policy, payment records, and communication history to Stripe and the payment processor
